Systemic challenges, including post-harvest losses exceeding ₦3.5 trillion annually, a fragmented solid minerals sector, limited export financing, weak regulatory compliance, and underdeveloped community engagement, currently prevent Nigeria from realizing the full value of these resources. ACTS is built to close that gap.
